Intensive training with high functionality<\/p>\n

A.L.I.C.E.<\/strong> is a series of masterclasses and intensive training modules specific to communication, web, social and digital marketing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The method<\/strong>, inspired by Steiner, consists of transferring skills in a visual and unconventional way<\/strong>: the learning experience becomes simple and pleasant, as well as extremely functional.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Why A.L.I.C.E.? <\/h2>\n

The method<\/p>\n

\n

A.L.I.C.E. is the acronym for Apprendimento Libero a Induzione Creativa Estesa<\/strong> (Free Learning with Extended Creative Induction): the induction of creativity is what allows you to learn faster than any other system, and having fun.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lewis Carrol’s masterpiece is an extraordinary example of an alternative learning method, enjoying the freedom of thought and creativity of mental processes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Alice was beginning to get very tired of sitting by her sister on the bank, and of having nothing to do: once or twice she had peeped into the book her sister was reading, but it had no pictures or conversations in it, \u2018and what is the use of a book,\u2019 thought Alice \u2018without pictures or conversations?\u2019”<\/em><\/p>\n

And from there, from the tiredness for a boring book that does not entice you to learn anything, that Alice begins her journey behind the rabbit in Wonderland, a path from which she learns really fundamental notions: moving in a different world<\/strong> and at times incomprehensible, untangling between unforeseen events and possibilities, making choices.<\/p>\n

For generations Alice’s story has been teaching us, and has taught us how to teach.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The goal is a consequence<\/h2>\n

The approach<\/p>\n

The training modules are real open experiences<\/strong> through which the didactic approach is complemented by situations and interpersonal relationships: in this way the participant will also have a vision closer to the themes of the chosen module.<\/p>\n

The participant himself is at the centre of the training objective:<\/strong> with respect to traditional methods, A.L.I.C.E. shifts the balance towards the person<\/strong> and their “know-how”, activating synergies and suggestions that favour learning.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The training modules are intensive sessions restricted to 5 people lasting 4 hours<\/strong>. The objective is to melt the operational capabilities for the chosen path, optimising time and consequently costs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
